The project directive encompassed the creation of a trailer video designed to promote the upcoming inauguration of the new visitor center located at the head of Corrieshalloch Gorge.

The primary objective was to provide prospective patrons with a discerning preview of the experiences that await them, elucidating the diverse offerings and seasonal variations they can anticipate upon their return visits throughout the year.

This endeavor aimed to not only cultivate anticipation but also serve as an informative and engaging introduction to the distinctive features of the venue.

In the execution of this project, we strategically employed the DJI Inspire 2, leveraging its advanced capabilities for capturing diverse perspectives.

Beyond its role in cinematography, we conducted meticulous tests to assess the feasibility of utilizing the drone for ecological surveys.

Specifically, our focus was on gauging the clarity and precision with which the drone could identify invasive species.

The integration of this cutting-edge technology not only enriched the visual narrative but also underscored its potential as a valuable tool in environmental monitoring and conservation endeavors.

For the meticulous documentation of invasive species, we opted for the Canon C300 Mk3, complemented by a selection of prime lenses. This strategic combination allowed us to capture the intricate details of the invasive species with unparalleled clarity and depth.

The Canon C300 Mk3's superior imaging capabilities, coupled with the versatility of prime lenses, enabled us to achieve a cinematic quality that not only serves the aesthetic demands of the project but also provides a nuanced perspective on the invasive species under scrutiny.

The amalgamation of cutting-edge cinematography technology and precision optics contributed to the creation of a visually compelling narrative, shedding light on the ecological intricacies of the National Trust of Scotland's conservation efforts.
